Venue

The Conference will be held at the Federal Foreign Office in Berlin. All confirmed registered participants are invited to enter via the conference entrance located at Unterwasserstraße 10, 10117 Berlin, Germany.

Security check and badge collection will be situated at the entrance.

Airport transfer and local transport

Transport from the airport to the Conference venue has not been previously arranged, and should be arranged by participants themselves. Please note that participants are responsible for organising their travel and accommodation.

Logistics

All participants are requested to present either a passport or an identity card and to have their confirmation of registration to hand. Please leave your luggage at the hotel, as there are no storage facilities for baggage in the conference zone.

Badge collection will start at 08:00 am.

Medical Centre
A Medical Centre will be available throughout the Conference.

Parking
Public Parking is available near the Federal Foreign Office.
